Artwork Guidelines

Please help us to process your order quickly and efficiently and avoid unnecessary delays by promptly sending us the artwork for your job. If you don't have the appropriate artwork ready, do get in touch straight away and we can draw and configure this for you at a small additional charge.

The type of artwork we need may be dependent on the type of customization your products require:

Different Methods of Personalisation and files required

• Screen Printing: Applying ink through a stencil screen.

File format required - EPS VECTOR, CORELDRAW. (all fonts turned to paths/curves)

• Pad printing: is a printing process that can transfer a 2-D image onto a 3-D object. This is

accomplished using an indirect offset printing process that involves an image being transferred from

the printing plate via a silicone pad onto an object

File format required - EPS VECTOR, CORELDRAW. (all fonts turned to paths/curves)

• Embroidery: The embroidery of up to six colours stiched using coloured thread directly in to the

material of the product - used for clothing and apparel.

   File format required - JPEG/TIFF/EPS/PSD/WORD/CORELDRAW/PDF (300DPI+)

For more details on print methods see our website http://www.pgbranding.com/artwork

It is always helpful to attach a PDF as a reference and any company guidelines.

Always remember to:

Convert all fonts to outlines/paths or specify fonts required

• Include all the correct copy you require

• Avoid large areas of print

• All lines to a minimum thickness of 0.5pt

• Specify colours (pantone references where applicable) or any other information you would like to

   appear on your product/s

• Don't forget to check the print area of the product

Where pantone matched colours are required, we do our best to match colours as closely as possible. However, it has to be accepted that the printing process is not an exact art and there may be a slight colour variance which is unavoidable due to the product or the print process itself. This may be particularly noticeable with an embroidered product.

When we receive your artwork we will create an image and send it for your approval. This will give you a visual idea of how the finished item is likely to appear. This image needs to be thoroughly checked for accuracy before you email approval for your order to go ahead. It is your responsibility to check that all details, including addresses and phone numbers, are correct.  Please also check that the colours of the product and the print are what you require and in the correct position. If you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch as soon as possible. Once we receive approval of your artwork, your order will be processed to that specification. We cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions once your order has been approved.
